Practical, Sensitive, Effective Therapy

Provided by our experienced, professional therapists

Psychological therapy is a core aspect of ADHD support

We offer practical, evidence-based therapy to help you understand and navigate a new diagnosis (or a ‘no ADHD’ outcome). This is provided by a specialist in mental health such as a Clinical Psychologist, Specialist Trauma Psychotherapist or ADHD trained counsellor.

Our support focuses on effective psychological therapy to help you understand yourself and thrive day-to-day. You do not need a diagnosis of ADHD, as we are an expert mental health clinic providing treatments for difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship breakdown.

NICE recommends a comprehensive, holistic treatment plan for anyone diagnosed with ADHD, addressing psychological, behavioural and educational need; not just medication.
