We are a CQC registered, Clinical Psychology led private mental health clinic, established in 2013.

We have been working alongside GPs, schools, local council and health insurance agencies for the last twelve years, trading as Malvern Hills Private Practice. In Autumn 2025 our ADHD pathway was rebranded into Midlands ADHD Clinic.

Midlands ADHD Clinic is owned by husband and wife team Dr Abigail Pamich and Mr Daniel Pamich, with a team of 14 professionals within the business.

Dr Abigail is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 20+ years experience working in mental health nationally and internationally.

Mr Daniel Pamich, is a qualified Systems Architect holding the position of I.T. and Finance Director overseeing the smooth running of the practice and infrastructure.

We offer privately funded and NHS Right to Choose ADHD assessments (adults and children) seeing patients remotely or in person at our beautiful 6-room clinic in Malvern.

Right to Choose ADHD Assessments

We have a Right to Choose NHS contract with Hereford and Worcestershire to provide ADHD Assessments (children/ adults) & ADHD medication (adults) to NHS patients. We have many years of experience in providing high quality patient-centred care to thousands of patients across the UK.

We work at both the ICB and local NHS trust level to provide solutions to a range of challenging circumstances in mental health; from individual to NHS Integrated Care Board Contracts.

Our professional team has lived experiences of neurodiversity. We draw on  these experiences to drive forward high qualify patient centred care, to the same level we would expect for our own loved ones.

To start your referral please visit your GP and request a referral to Midlands ADHD Clinic for an ADHD assessment. We will then email out your intake questionnaires. Please complete these without delay. The sooner they are completed the sooner we can offer an assessment date. 

What We Offer

We are commissioned to offer the following to patients with GPs in the Hereford and Worcestershire locality:

  • ADHD Assessments for patients aged 7 to 17.5 years (face to face)
  • ADHD Assessments for patients age 18 to 65 years (face to face or remote)
  • ADHD Medication (commencement & titration) to patients age 18 to 65 (remote)

We presently have capacity to offer RtC to patients with GPs in Hereford and Worcestershire. We plan to apply to all Midlands ICBs in the near future. 

Please note that there is a strict eligibility criteria for accessing Right to Choose Services. Before applying please read the following Eligibility Criteria in full.

Please note that patients are unable to transfer from one Right to Choose provider to another. 

GP Referrals Accepted

Midlands ADHD Clinic can accept referrals from your GP if they are based in the Hereford and Worcestershire locality.

What is Right to Choose?

The NHS Right to Choose (RTC) allows you to request to be referred to Midlands ADHD Clinic for your ADHD Assessment and treatment. The NHS will pay for the service.

You must be living in England, with a GP in Hereford and Worcestershire, to access Right to Choose. There are two steps. Please see below.

Step 1. Request a referral through your GP

Your GP can complete an electronic referral to our service (ERS)

Step 2. Complete your intake questionnaires

A set of questionnaires will be emailed out to your inbox. Please complete without delay. Once we have these returned we can look at if our service is suitable and book you for the next available appointment.

What is Right to Choose?

The NHS Right to Choose (RTC) allows you to request to be referred to Midlands ADHD Clinic for your ADHD Assessment and treatment. If referred by your GP and accepted by our service, the NHS may pay for your ADHD Assessment.

You must be living in England, with a GP in Hereford and Worcestershire. 

Step 1. Speak to your GP

Your GP can refer you to one of the following using their Electronic Referral System (ERS):

  1. ADHD assessment (ages 7 to 65 years), or
  2. ADHD medication (18 – 65 years) following a diagnosis elsewhere with as service who could not provide medication, or 
  3. ADHD Psychoeducation (4 sessions for diagnosed patients ages 7 – 18 years). 

Step 2. Complete your questionnaires

Following receipt of your referral, we will send out intake questionnaires to your email address. Please complete without delay. We can then triage your information and add you to our waitlist for the next available appointment. 

Process of Right to Choose for ADHD Assessments

If the GP is in agreement that a referral is necessary, they are welcome to activate a Right to Choose Referral via the NHS Electronic Referral System (e-RS).

You will be emailed a set of intake questionnaires. Please complete without delay. These allow us to decide if our service if right for you and progress you to the next stage. If these are delayed it will significantly delay your appointment date. 

 A member of the admin team will be in touch when the next appointment becomes available.  The interview will be booked for a three hour slot with a break in between. All children must be face to face. Adults can request a remote interview.
