Our Medication service is available to patients diagnosed in our service, the NHS, a UK based Right to Choose Service or by one of our Partner Psychologists. We offer a transparent pay-as-you-go pricing model. Our remote service is available for ages 11 to 65 years.
Fees are £295 Initial medication assessments (45 minutes), £147.50 Follow-up titration reviews (20 mins) and £30 Repeat prescription/ repeat SC/ travel letter.
The above fees are for the process of medication commencement and titration, it does not include the purchase of your medication itself, which ranges £80 – £150.
Our goal is to take you to Shared Care where your GP/ NHS may take over prescribing, subject to their agreement. There may be an additional fee if an ECG screening is required. Please complete our Self Referral Form below and you will be sent a Health Screen to begin.
Moving Towards Shared Care
Once stable on medication, we will write to your GP to request Shared Care. which means your monthly ADHD medication is paid for by the NHS & prescriptions ordered through your GP practice.
You will be required to undertaken yearly reviews with our practice and six monthly check-ins (either with your GP or specialist clinic).
Please confirm with your GP regarding their view to Shared Care, before commencing medication with us.
Medication Pathway
Please complete our Self Referral Form for Medication. We will then email a Health Screen for you to complete.
If your Health Screen is clear, we will email a link for you to book your appointment with our Online Diary. Your Prescriber will send a Zoom link 24 hours prior to the appointment. (If your Health Screen has concerns, we may request an ECG).
You Medication Assessment will be a remote 45 minute appointment. Information on the outcome will be emailed to your GP.
Working Together: Your needs and concerns will be discussed in detail, and a plan will be made together to commence and titrate your medication. You will sign a consent for and be asked to book and pay for a follow up appointment.
Medication Delivery. You will be invoiced by our dispensing pharmacy for the cost of the medication, which will be posted to your home address. Delivery can take 5-8 working days.
Follow-up titration appointments are conducted remotely every 3 – 4 weeks and last 2o minutes, a minimum of three is required.
We will then write to your GP to request Shared Care as the discretion of your GP (we advise speaking to them prior).
Once on a Shared Care plan, you will be required to be monitored at six months and have a follow up appointments every 12 months.

We offer a remote, medication service for private (self funding) patients across the UK, ages 11–65 years who have been assessed by a UK Psychologist, NHS service, or Right to Choose provider.
Pay-as-you-go: only book the consultations you need. We work with you to find the optimal medication and dose.
