Completed by an expert mental health clinician our assessments are comprehensive and thorough, including multiple perspectives, plus in-depth assessment of other mental health conditions.
We provide tailored recommendations to support your emotional wellbeing. Rather than just assess for ADHD, we look at mental health as a whole, with personalised recommendations for emotional wellbeing.
Our assessments include 2.5 -3 hours of clinical interviews and can be remote or face to face.
Assessments include a review of educational, developmental, and psychiatric history; multiple perspective and investigation into possible co-occurring or differential conditions. A full portfolio of all data collected plus a summary report, is provided to you.

Self Referral Form ADHD Assessment Child (7 – 17.5 years)
We will then contact you to confirm your referral has been accepted and take payment (or send a payment link) and send the pre-assessment questionnaires.
The patient and observers (childhood/ current or school) will be sent questionnaires to complete.
All answers will automatically save and populate into our clinical system, ready for your assessor to read prior to your assessment.
Your clinical interview will be booked for 3 hours either remote or face to face
The outcome will be provided on the day, or at a later date should your case be complex and require further information, testing or consults (i.e. a QB check). This may incur an additional fee.
You will receive a report with detailed recommendations, including treatment for all additional mental health concerns identified.
1. If your situation is complex and other diagnoses are present, we may we may require a QB Check/ Test (real time text of attention) (£145)
2. In rare circumstances with children, we may require input from speech & language, medical view or a cognitive assessment. This is an additional cost and will be discussed with you during your appointment.
3. Without the above additional explorative tests your outcome may be inconclusive.

We are a CQC registered, Clinical Psychology led private mental health clinic, established in 2013.
We have been working alongside GPs, schools, local council and health insurance agencies for the last twelve years, trading as Malvern Hills Private Practice. In Autumn 2025 our ADHD pathway was rebranded into Midlands ADHD Clinic.
Midlands ADHD Clinic is owned by husband and wife team Dr Abigail Pamich and Mr Daniel Pamich, with a team of 14 professionals within the business.
Dr Abigail is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 20+ years experience working in mental health nationally and internationally.
Mr Daniel Pamich, is a qualified Systems Architect holding the position of I.T. and Finance Director overseeing the smooth running of the practice and infrastructure.
We offer privately funded and NHS Right to Choose ADHD assessments (adults and children) seeing patients remotely or in person at our beautiful 6-room clinic in Malvern.
