We are a CQC registered, Clinical Psychology led private mental health clinic, established in 2013.

We have been working alongside GPs, schools, local council and health insurance agencies for the last twelve years, trading as Malvern Hills Private Practice. In Autumn 2025 our ADHD pathway was rebranded into Midlands ADHD Clinic.

Midlands ADHD Clinic is owned by husband and wife team Dr Abigail Pamich and Mr Daniel Pamich, with a team of 14 professionals within the business.

Dr Abigail is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 20+ years experience working in mental health nationally and internationally.

Mr Daniel Pamich, is a qualified Systems Architect holding the position of I.T. and Finance Director overseeing the smooth running of the practice and infrastructure.

We offer privately funded and NHS Right to Choose ADHD assessments (adults and children) seeing patients remotely or in person at our beautiful 6-room clinic in Malvern.

We work at both the ICB and local NHS trust level to provide solutions to a range of challenging circumstances in mental health; from individual to NHS Integrated Care Board Contracts. 

Our professional team has lived experiences of neurodiversity. We draw on  these experiences to drive forward high qualify patient centred care, to the same level we would expect for our own loved ones. 

Right to Choose are subject to a waitlist. To start your referral complete our Registration Form then print and take this to your GP and request they activate the referral through the NHS Electronic Referral System (e-RS).

Please complete the below Registration Form. Print and take to your GP or email them the form.

Step 2. Visit Your GP

Please make an appointment with your GP to discuss your referral. Take your completed Registration Form.

If your GP is supportive, please ask them to complete a referral via the NHS Electronic Referral System (e-RS) to Midlands ADHD Clinic.

Step 2. Visit Your GP

Please make an appointment with your GP to discuss your referral. Take your completed Registration Form.

If your GP is supportive, please ask them to complete a referral via the NHS Electronic Referral System (e-RS) to Midlands ADHD Clinic.

Process of Right to Choose for ADHD Assessments

To begin the Right to choose process, please firstly complete our Registration Form:

If the GP is in agreement that a referral is necessary, they are welcome to activate a Right to Choose Referral via the NHS Electronic Referral System (e-RS). 

Each referral is reviewed and we may request further information via email. If the referral is accepted you will be sent an email confirming acceptance, with a link to start you pre-assessment questionnaires to complete. 

During this period you may also be invited to attend an additional appointment for a QB check in clinic (child) or remote (adult). 

When all your pre-assessment questionnaire are complete (including those from your childhood and current observers (adults) and school (children), you will then be added to our waitlist for the next available clinical interview. A member of the admin team will be in touch via when this becomes available. The interview will be booked for a three hour slot once you have confirmed the date and time is acceptable.
